Library Services During Covid-19: Western Sydney Libraries

TAFE NSW - Western Sydney Library spaces are now open to TAFE NSW enrolled students and staff only. Social distancing and restricted capacity measures will be in place and may affect some services and access to facilities.

Click & Collect

A Click and Collect process is in place for physical library items where possible. Contact us and let us know what you'd like to borrow and we will have it ready for you to collect at the library. Use the NSW TAFE Library Catalogue to locate the items you'd like to borrow.

  • Contactless print/photocopy job pickup services
  • Username and password resets over the phone 
  • Inter Library Loan request and collection
  • Renew your library loans
  • Place items on hold
  • Access PCs & Netbooks
  • Return your items through local return chutes
  • Requests for other support services will be redirected as appropriate

Virtual Support

Chat with a LibrarianMicrosoft Teams link or similar software technologies for customers to meet virtually with a library team member from any location such as in a Campus PC room or at home.


Online resources including books, databases, streaming videos and subject specific hyperlinks via our Libguides and eResources are still available and can be found via the Western Sydney Library Home Page. To access use your TAFE NSW username and password.
